1. It is highly recommended that the applicant will be a member of the Tekakwitha Conference.

2. It is preferred that the applicant will be a Native American or a person who has a strong relationship with Indigenous Peoples.

3. The applicant will be a Roman Catholic with experience providing compassionate spiritual guidance as a missionary disciple.

4. The applicant will have strong management skills.

5. The applicant will be well versed in social media, have technological skills and experience in accounting including the use of Quick Books.

6. The applicant will be experienced in fundraising and grant writing capabilities.

7. The applicant will be experienced in pastoral ministry.

8. The applicant will have a master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Theology.
