- Vendor Policy
  
  All vendors and their helpers are to register and remit payment for Full Conference registration & applicable fees.
  
  Vendor Requests will not be processed until the applicant has successfully registered for the annual conference.
  
  Vendors will be allowed to conduct sales these days: Wednesday, July 21; Thursday, July 22; Friday, July 23 & Saturday, July 24 only in the designated vendor area of the Las Cruces Convention Center.
  
  NO SALES ALLOWED DURING LITURGIES (Mass & Prayer times)
  
  Please be respectful and secure your tables apropriately.
  
  Neither the Tekakwitha Conference nor the Las Cruces Convention Center are liable for any loss, damage, or theft.
  
  ONLY tables and chairs provided by the Las Cruces Convention Center are permitted for vendor use.
  
  A unique (numbered) vendor permit must be clearly displayed on each table used. Permits can be picked up at the registration area upon arrival.
  
  Sale items are limited to Catholic Religious Articles (esp. relating to St. Kateri Tekakwitha, Nicholas Black Elk, Martyrs of La Florida, etc.) and Native Arts & Crafts.
